Ye Lun explores ritual and primitive motions in a physical way, where the movement language seeks a balance of explosiveness and fluidity, inspired by not only his instinct and training experience in dance but also his previous study of history and geography.

The piece focuses on the respect of life itself and connection among others.

Ye again scores his choreography, weaving choir, strings, piano, and percussion from both Eastern and Western traditions into a sonic tapestry that amplifies the dance’s pulse and spirit.
